Our client wanted a contemporary flat within this laterally converted Georgian town house.
The flat had been unsympathetically converted with all rooms arranged off a long central corridor. To reduce the impact of the corridor we opened the far end of the flat up to be one large open plan kitchen, dining and living room.
The front half of the flat was then divided into two equally sized guest rooms with a shared family bathroom plus a large master bedroom with its own en-suite.
The remnants of the corridor were timber paneled in American walnut with full height concealed doors to the master bedroom and bathroom.
