Milk’s small team of highly skilled professionals brings together a wide range of experience to form a practice that is open, creative and professional. Key to enjoying our work is developing good working relationships with our clients and other construction professionals. In our design process, contractors, clients design team consultants and suppliers all contribute to a constructive and trusting approach that achieves results.

The team consists of the two architect and structural engineer founders; a design and a structural engineering associate; a senior structural engineer; five architectural and structural designers and an office manager. Apart from the founders, two of our team members have been with milk for over 10 years and another two for over 5 years.
